How do you stay motivated on 'slow days' as a founder?

Well, not every day has to be fast day. Sometimes it's okay (and also necessary) to slow down!

When I feel I'm having a rough day I discipline myself to write down a list of things that I need to accomplish before the end of the day. Even if the results are not always there immediately I can still have a sense of accomplishment and be proud of the progress. All the best Lewis
I use the time to connect with my team and get their feedback or brainstorm new ideas. It often leads to productive discussions.
I set small, achievable goals for the day. Completing these gives me a sense of accomplishment and keeps me going.
