Yesterday I saw a product was launched and I liked it bought immediately (because there was no free trial) but I didn't like the product. Asked for a refund got a mail back saying they'll give me extra credits. But I asked for a refund and ... Dead silence :( Looking back at the product page there were quite a few testimonies and said that if you're not satisfied 100% money back. but I missed the biggest thing to note. Everyone was giving 5 stars, not even half a star less, everything was 5 stars. The last time I was fooled with fake reviews and ratings was 2.5 years back. Hope I'll be safe for the next 2.5 years at least. Share how you were fooled so that I'll feel less stupid. Thanks :)

Can you ask for a chargeback at your bank? If the product promises a 100% money-back guarantee, you are eligible to get a chargeback in case they did not want to refund you. I was fooled once by an AI tool, it was supposed to create an audiobook from my text. It didn't and I got a chargeback after contacting my bank.

Tools based on bleeding edge tech or trends with no trial is a huge red flag. Pl take a lesson from it and move on. I do hope you get your refund but my experience with these kinds of frauds says something else.

Hi, sorry you got into this situation. They do not want to return your money and at the same time only loans, as you say, they gave you. They are useless if you don't like the product. Why didn't they think of this scenario...

Don't just blindly trust any testimony; no one knows why they wrote it.
