Procrastination is a huge problem in our society. It is estimated that procrastination costs the US economy $70 billion per year, with the avarage adult procrastinating 218 minutes per day. Basically everyone procrastinates, and here are 5 tips that are going to help you overcome it: 1. EAT THE FROG: - do your biggest, nastiest task in the morning while your willpower is highest, - it's enegizing to get the hard stuff out of the way early 2. START USING kickmyass.io: https://www.producthunt.com/posts/kickmyass-io 3. ELIMINATE MULTITASKING: - trying to juggle multiple tasks at once guarantees that your mind will wander - singletask with ruthless focus instead 4. USE THE "PARETO PRINCIPLE": - focus on the 20% of tasks that will produce 80% of result - this helps you to prioritize and avoid procrastination 5. USE THE "2 - MINUTE RULE": - if a task can be done in less than 2 minutes, do it right now - this helps eliminate small tasks that quickly add up and make you feel overwhelmed If you need any more tips or advice feel free to contact me on any other platform and I will be happy to help :)

Totally agree those are some great tips! I would add a couple more: 6. BREAK IT DOWN - if a task feels overwhelming, break it into smaller, more manageable subtasks. This makes it less daunting to get started. 7. REWARD YOURSELF - give yourself small rewards for completing tasks, especially the tough ones. This positive reinforcement helps build good habits. I've found the Pomodoro technique really helpful too - alternating focused work sessions with short breaks. And there are some great apps and browser extensions that can block distracting sites during work time. The key is building systems and routines that set you up for success. It takes some trial and error but it's so worth it to kick the procrastination habit!
