The Secret Weapon for Effortless Client Meetings.
Balancing a calendar of client meetings can be difficult. Between juggling notes and trying to stay fully present throughout the conversation, I was a mess. Luckily, I found MyMeet.io. It’s like having an invisible assistant that handles all the “behind-the-scenes” work, letting me focus on my clients.
After a real estate discovery session or a new social media client’s onboarding session gets scheduled…MyMeet.io takes over, from hosting the call to delivering insightful summaries; it even takes care of me when I need to collect a payment. My workflow is now smooth and focused.
The AI-powered summaries are an absolute lifesaver. I can easily catch up on what was discussed, review key points, and know my next steps without trying to decipher my unconventional crib notes, a.k.a. chicken scratch.
If you want to transform your meeting game, MyMeet.io is a no-brainer.
Bravo Zulu, MyMeet.io team!
Mymeet.io is a great idea, how they execute is another. Very bait and switch especially when introducing new products/ features. product is glitchy, and isn't on par in terms of ease of use compared to products like zoom and google meet. Yes they have more features but it should be a little bit easier to navigate and should look a little more polished. They are very pushy with what they want out of their customers, and wouldn't share pricing when asked on a conference call. The Founder is a little bit obnoxious doesn't bend on much, just wants to push what he has and will ignore and deflect questions if he doesn't think it will benefit him. Overall i have short term and long term concerns about the company, especially as an early supporter as they wouldn't bend on anything or disclose certain things when they didn't think it was advantageous to them.
It's a solid app that combines the scheduling of Calendly + integrated meeting like Zoom + AI transcripts and meeting notes. So you can work within one platform for you, team members, and clients. Great for one on one meetings or small group meetings. Right now, it caps out at 7 participants in a meeting. Just wish we could host more participants for larger group meetings which would make it a contender to replace Zoom, Google Meet, or Sessions.
