Consistent sleep, cutting out sugar, and daily workouts. Small changes but not always easy to implement.

Daily workouts—no matter how small/short
Skipping Daily
Drinking water first thing in the morning instead of coffee.
Started to go to bed early
Switching from snacking on cookies to snacking on nuts or fruits
Probably the best thing for me is to drink a lot of water
Agreed, carbonated water can definitely have negative health impacts, especially if consumed in excess. I switched to drinking more plain filtered water and herbal teas and noticed I feel much better overall. Staying hydrated with healthy liquids makes a big difference!
Def intermittent fasting and cutting down sugar intake for me. Tough at first but makes a huge diff over time - more energy, better sleep, less brain fog. Also getting sunlight first thing in the AM helps sync the circadian rhythm. Small tweaks but they all add up!
Stop drinking carbonated water, it is very dangerous for health
Stay hydrated, doing some workout whatever the kind...even it's just tyding up your house 😀😇
Drinking sufficient mineral water.
And move your body... don't stay in front your desk like every single hours.
I don't drink soda and sugary drinks
Sleep well and work out : )
Sport definitely
