Both options:
When you are a solo – you need to put more pressure on yourself because you are the only person you can rely on (in the team, you distribute risks to other members and their activities)
+ Solo journey makes you more responsible and you can manage the time according to yourself.
When a team – you learn to maintain healthy relationships and the "art of communication". When I am in a team, I feel the access to more information about specialised people.
That's why I am doing both RN. :)

It's project dependent, but naturally a fun of team work

I enjoy working alone; the process of facing challenges by oneself and achieving victory is wonderful.
that’s a tough one because both have their perks! I love working solo when I really need to focus or dive deep into a creative zone without distractions (hello, flow state!). But working in a team can be amazing too—especially when everyone’s bouncing ideas off each other and you end up with something way better than you could've done alone.
Plus, teamwork always brings those fun “a-ha” moments and helps me see things in a different light. So, maybe I’ll just say... solo with a side of team spirit? 😄

In a team, but not a large one!
For me, I prefer a mix of both solo and team work. Working solo lets me focus deeply without distractions and manage my own schedule. But being part of a team exposes me to diverse skills and perspectives that level up my work. Plus the camaraderie and shared wins are motivating! I think the ideal is having chunks of solo focus time balanced with regular team collaboration and alignment. Best of both worlds imho.
It depends on the project I think.
