Started my morning different today, 10 minutes of playing fetch with my dog before checking any notifications. His goofy smile definitely set the tone for my day! Amazing how those tiny choices ripple into everything else.

I've recently started incorporating mindfulness exercises into my day. I start the day with some meditation, have a meditation session after my post-work workout, and end my night with meditation. Today, I woke up with more energy than I have felt in a long time with no change in anything else.
Time was made to catch up with a friend today and my mood was instantly lifted. Sometimes, the day can really be brightened up by a good conversation.
I'm staying focused on my tasks and making sure I hit my goals. It feels great to see progress and know I’m moving closer to achieving what I set out to do
