It depends a lot.
But for me personally, it's in reducing the stress factor literally - doing a work when it's possible and preparing to all new challenges and requests.
All other coping technics, like walking on nature, are more like supplemental ones.
prepare a little treat for yourself for Monday morning :)
Lunchtime naps hands down. Some say that napping can help them escape from daily stresses and overthinking, and that it's like rebooting their computer. Research suggests that napping can help people achieve the benefits of REM sleep, which is important for processing emotional experiences and reducing stress.
I think that it is worth to observe your week goals first, then split the tasks per day due to priorities and dls - and proceed being effective :)
Have a great workout Monday morning!

Soak it it. Life is hard and if you want your life to be great, you're going to have to suffer.
My biggest tip is to write down all the things you have to do for the week and even the next week. Place each task into buckets - Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week. When I write these down in a planner (analog), I'll use what I call the "Highlighter Method."
Green = Today.
Yellow = Tomorrow.
Pink = This Week.
Orange = Next Week.
I do this so I can see the entire list and prioritize them in the matter of importance in real-time. If I'm able to complete all my tasks for today before EOD, I go ahead and work on Tomorrow. I've found this helps minimize the stress because instead of seeing 1000 of to-dos, you see 5 todays. Hope this helps!
I guess if you work for yourself there is no difference between Monday or Sunday. Its all a blur and feels the same :)
Have a goal list of Todos on Sunday night.
@abod_rehman I keep a checklist with me that helps me tick off the tasks that are completed throughout the week. This way I no I'm not lacking behind. :D
I make a point to plan out my week on Sunday evening. It helps me feel more organized and less overwhelmed when Monday rolls around.
