Update Marker's List For A Launched Product

Is it possible to update the Marker's List for a product that is already launched? Maybe add a couple of new makers and remove existing makers? I emailed the ProductHunt team at hello@producthunt.com and even followed up but no response form their side. Has anyone done it before?
