@filip_ognjanovic Crisp is more easy than intercom i feel difficult to handle queries of my customer it feels like more than a email service while using intercom so i left out !
Too many, I think all the knowledge base AI tools can have the chance to make the alternative for intercom, such as the Voiceflow, which raised a big money just few weeks ago.

@juste_balsyte1 Yeah, we've been using Tidio for a while. I think it's a great product, and overall find it more useful for ecomm business (used it on my e-commerce business during the COVID)

@filip_ognjanovic Haha, I see. We actually went through a selection process last year too, and ended up choosing Intercom. 馃檪
@george_karagiannis Let me think. The most frequently used features are its automation, email management, and help center (supporting multiple languages). I am not particularly interested in its Fin feature, tried it once and never used it again. Customer service is also excellent. It can integrate with many other SaaS products as well.
However, it's a bit expensive. If you have a better alternative, we would be willing to switch to the next SaaS. 馃挵

My building has a system called connect4 - it has some good features but the actual open door feature is trash, so that's a point you can improve maybe.
I use Crisp mainly for the pricing (free for my use). In general, their pricing seems to be more competitive than Intercom, but less featured (no AI chat)

I prefer Zendesk which offers a suite of customer service and engagement tools, including live chat, email support, and self-service options. It's known for its scalability and robust reporting features.
