Here’s Lenny Rachitsky’s recommended sequence to find your early customers:
Start by reaching out to your network, looking for people who match your ICP
Go cold outbound, but be strategic about it
Tap your investors’ networks
Participate in relevant communities—and network
Put out compelling content and build a following online
Get press
Just launch
What worked for you?

LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit. If I had a Twitter audience, I would have said Twitter.

I usually participate in relevant communities, and events. For example, I participated in Benefits Pro before and found some leads there.
Winning your first 10 B2B customers requires a strategic approach. Start by defining your ideal customer profile, then focus on personalized outreach. Leverage your network, attend industry events, and offer value through content marketing. Building trust and delivering results are key to securing those initial customers.
