LinkedIn, Slack communities, Reddit. If I had a Twitter audience, I would have said Twitter. Naturally good ol' cold email also works at small scale and large scale. I've been using cold email to successfully book 20+ user interviews from this channel within weeks.

I usually participate in relevant communities, and events. For example, I participated in Benefits Pro before and found some leads there.

Winning your first 10 B2B customers requires a strategic approach. Start by defining your ideal customer profile, then focus on personalized outreach. Leverage your network, attend industry events, and offer value through content marketing. Building trust and delivering results are key to securing those initial customers.
