I manage it by writing in a diary or doing 5-minute meditation sessions. 🌿

A good walk to get lunch far away helps me reset the mind.
A good run with my wife also helps!

A change of scenery, a change of activity, music and ideally a walk in the fresh air.
Deep breaths. And weed.
Walking or jogging - really helps to distract stressful thoughts
Just take a moment to cool down my mind first.
I take small breaks to breathe, review things, and plan them based on priority.
Honestly, I could not manage stress during hectic periods.
Prioritizing is key for me. Each day I make a to-do list and rank the most critical tasks first. Focusing fully on one important thing at a time. Definitely recommend some quick meditations or breathing exercises too when feeling overwhelmed. Oh and don't forget to step away for short breaks to recharge!
Taking 5 mins, going out somewhere away from work desk, take deep breaths , might take a cup of hot tea/coffee and back to work. :)
I try to stay organized and break tasks into smaller chunks. It helps me focus on one thing at a time and not get overwhelmed.
Managing stress during hectic periods involves a few key strategies: prioritizing tasks to focus on what's most important, breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps, and setting realistic deadlines. Regular breaks and self-care, such as exercise, mindfulness, or relaxation techniques, can help maintain balance and prevent burnout. Additionally, staying organized with tools like planners or digital task managers can keep you on track and reduce overwhelm. It’s also helpful to seek support from colleagues or mentors when needed and to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Deep breaths. Staying calm. Prioritising.
I find that taking short breaks and staying organized really helps me manage stress. Keeping a to-do list and prioritizing tasks makes everything feel more manageable.
