For me it’s fully accepting “break time” - doesn’t matter if it’s sudoku or a hike or a movie or tinkering - it’s accepting that at any given time I may need to focus on ME. Since basically we spend 99% of our time focusing on others, this is my method of self-care.

@daxeelsoni Nice! Coffee and spontaneous walks outside are also big for me. Another one is a 10 - 30 min light gaming session.
