Hi Abdul, Working from home is more productive for me because it offers fewer distractions and more flexibility. However, the office environment is great for collaboration and team bonding.

    Launching soon!
The office is better for me because I thrive on the energy and immediate support from colleagues.

I feel work from office is more productive if office is closer to my home, and I don't have to travel hours to reach and come back.

Working from home has some downsides. Harder to secure "focused" time cause family and your cat always want some attention. Still a great way during launch when you are short on budget, don't have time to figure out office, and have teammates on remote. I found some productivity hacks. I wake early to get some silent hours and go to coffee spot few times a week to change the atmosphere.
@kostyabolsh Working from home has its downsides, like family and pets needing attention, but it's budget-friendly during a launch and great for remote teams. I use productivity hacks like waking up early for quiet hours and working from a coffee shop a few times a week to change the atmosphere.

One sunny morning, I set up my laptop on the dining table enjoyed the quiet hum of my home as I dove into work. The flexibility allowed me to brainstorm creatively but I missed the spontaneous collaboration of office banter. Balancing both, I found, blended the best of productivity and connection. ✌️

It's individual here. Someone works very productively from home, and someone is more productive from the office. I'd rather get out of the office, because I want to relax at home and it slows down my work 🦾

For me, it really depends on what phase of a project I'm in. If it's in the planning phase then working in the office and collaborating closely with the stakeholders is extremely important. But, if I'm developing, working my own hours at home enhances creativity. I find coding is a very creative process, and sometimes you just get writers block and need to take a step back, maybe go and water the garden or jump on a rowing machine. Many times my best solutions will come to me when I'm doing something completely different. It's very hard to guarantee that you'll create your best work/solutions between the hours of 9 and 5 in the office. With that said, it's imperative to make sure a team touches base regularly (preferably in person) to build trust.

I've been working from home most of my career. As a developer, I think it's been a huge benefit because most days I can sit down and quickly get into a flow state without many distractions. Although my experience working in an office is limited, I assume there's more opportunity for distractions because of all the people. Honestly, working in the office may be better for collaboration, but I'd prefer working from home if you just need to crank out some code.

Working from my cozy home office, I discovered that the quiet solitude and freedom from commute distractions made my productivity soar higher than ever.

For project/product management roles, I prefer having an opportunity to meet my teammates face-to-face at least once a week. However, this new remote-work-friendliness the pandemic has brought is definitely a positive change.

Working from home can be quite distracting for me as I have numerous household activities, plus my kids come from home earlier than I finish work. Therefore, the office seems to be a better choice for me to stay focused and productive.
