Assemble a core team of 10-20 dedicated individuals who firmly believe in the vision behind your product. Keep them actively engaged and continuously seek their feedback. As your product evolves, expand your team to the next set of 100 members, and continue this process to scale further.

Working from office is more productive as a team. Have realised so many times that things that i was constantly pondering upon for weeks, got solved in minutes over a 2 min walk with my team when i met them But if im into core focussed work, work from home is magical.

Run 3-5 days a week, walk on the remaining days if you arent up for a run. Some weights and other activities.

We use Midjourney to make cool faces ofo our prospects whow e want to book meetings with. They get tonnes of outreach messages, this approach helps us cut the clutter

Slack notifications work best for me. Also acting there itself. I dont clear the Slack notification if i havent upvoted so it stays on my phone

4-5 hours a day

Not a surprising one but an obvious one: Peer to Peer learning. Learning from each others experience, rather than making mistakes yourself.

great one...i would go for a product intro any day. But heres the catch. It better be an impactful one. If i dont have the time to build that, then an interactive video is more useful and functional. The product intro needs to cut the clutter and communicate the value in an exciting way.

Im realising with time that its a must have and not just a good to have. But how do you compete with the big players. I feel we should focus on a niche and build a brand there first.

Have one on ones? Understand the reason behind this behaivour. Are they shy or insecure or scared? As a manager, try to break the ice. Make them feel part of the group.
