    A great product is 1, and marketing is 0. At first, we focused solely on building the product and overlooked marketing, which led to our failure. Then we shifted to over-marketing, but that just hid our product flaws. So now, I prioritize validating product data on a small scale before diving into marketing. That's the biggest takeaway for me this year! 🚀
