My daily tech-stack:
- Slack - everyday team communication
- Loom - my video messages when I want to explain more complicated things without setting up a meeting
- Linear - though it's more for development, we use it for tasks management as well
- Slite - all documentation and knowledge sharing -- full disclosure, I also work at Slite but I was using it even before I joined.

I really like Github Copilot. Gmail is also cool.
My fav tools to enhance workflow are:
Gsuit for documents
Slack for communications
SaveDay for saving, retrieving and summarizing content
We use Zapier.com for small workflow automation. For example connecting Webflow, Airtable and CRM.
Kraftful
Probably not the first to say it, but ChatGPT is a huge workflow enhancer for me. From ideating to checking my grammar to generating fake data to test, it's really great.

Notion (team task lists and docs) + Morgen (calendar, scheduling links and personal todo list) + YouTube tutorials any time I don't know where to start with a new topic :)
Top software tools often include things like Asana or Trello for task management, Slack for communication, and Figma or Sketch for design work.
Absolutely, enhancing my workflow has been a constant journey, and finding tools that seamlessly integrate different aspects has been key. I've come across AiToolsKit.ai, which I believe encapsulates the essence of productivity. This all-in-one platform offers a range of features from productive AI to SEO, writing, social media, and marketing tools. It's like having a Swiss Army knife for digital tasks.

When it comes to writing, the AI-powered assistance not only refines my content but also helps maintain consistency and clarity. This extends to SEO as well, ensuring my content doesn't just resonate but also ranks. What sets AiToolsKit.ai apart is its integrated approach – I can seamlessly transition from creating content to promoting it on social media, all within the same platform. It's about optimizing time and effort while keeping the quality at its peak. This genuinely multifaceted toolset has found its way into my core workflow, minimizing the fuss of switching between different software and maximizing the impact of each endeavor.
Notion>>>> Greatest All-in-one workspace.
Since I wasn't quite satisfied with the available solutions, my team and I built Klever Suite with the aim of making it a one-stop solution for team collaboration. We've been using it with our clients and partners like Softbank group companies over the last 1 year.

As a SaaS Product Demo animation explainer video expert, I rely on a variety of software tools to help me create engaging and informative videos. My top picks include:
Adobe Illustrator: This vector graphics software is essential for creating high-quality illustrations and animations.
Adobe After Effects: This motion graphics software is used to add special effects and animation to videos.
Storyboard That: This online storyboard tool helps me visualize my ideas before I start animating.
Zoom: This video conferencing software is essential for collaborating with clients and team members.
Google Drive: This cloud storage platform allows me to share files and collaborate on projects with others.
I also find it helpful to use a variety of other tools, such as Canva, Figma, and HubSpot, depending on the specific needs of the project.
I hope this helps!

Canva is also pretty good. IFTTT I've been getting into lately.
