Definitely engage your audience regularly! Surveys, Q&As, polls, etc. are all great ways to get direct feedback and insights into what they want. I've found short, focused surveys work best to get a high response rate. And hosting livestream Q&As gives a nice personal touch and makes your audience feel heard. The key is consistency - keep those communication channels open!
I find that hosting live Q&A sessions really helps. It makes the audience feel heard and valued, plus you get instant feedback!
Respond promptly to comments and feedback. Acknowledge their contributions and incorporate their suggestions when feasible, showing that you value their input.

create interactive content with ur audience, ask them their feedback and also engage them through live Q&A sessions to understand their preferences.
Remember collaboration is a two way street, listen to your audience, value their input, and build a relationship based on trust & mutual respect.
(1). Set your ears closely to audience & also (2). Seek through feedbacks from the unexpected source.
Explanation for (1). With that being said, you want to how they opiniates towards your product from social medias, reviews, in-App reports, communities, and also how they act towards your App/Website (seek user trends towards your product as well), if you need another rounds of why’s, do not hesitate to ask users!
Explanation for (2). What I learnt so far from my exp, you gotta expect feedbacks from unexpected source as well, like say that you have this Google Maps Account for your company (which that has nothing to do with your overall product is heading to), they can also drop your App reviews there (true story!), so make sure you set your ears closely, even to the most unexpected source.
customer engagement to know how they feel about your products

Ask for feedback for almost anything you do. Ever. Reddit is a super useful platform for this. It has been extremely useful to me.
