Startup teams: office, remote or hybrid?

I feel hybrid might be best for startups - full remote seems to slow things down sometimes. What's your experience?

All of the options have there own pros and cons. But I prefer in house team
I completely agree that fully remote tends to slow things down. Especially, at a start up. I'm a strong believer in working from office at startups. Helps bounce of ideas, discuss problems, and explore solutions at a much faster pace.
Of course it comes with some sort of flexibility.
I agree, hybrid gives flexibility but still keeps the team connected. In person time can really help with brainstorming and quick decisions.
We went fully remote and, while it works, I do miss the face to face energy. Hybrid sounds like a good balance if you can pull it off.
For me, hybrid works best. We handle deep work remotely, but come together in person for key projects. It helps maintain focus without slowing progress.
