How do you manage your projects and campaign calendar? How do you communicate it outside teams? GCal? Wrike? CoSchedule? Others ways?

    GCal. What about you?

Rock calendar view, and sometimes something as rudimentary as google sheets helps

@nicolaas_spijker I've been trying to shake sheets for years but can't do it.
Our team uses Wrike. We have team of 5: 2 Designers 1 Communication 1 Web & UX (me) VP of marketing. Typically we manage our own individual projects, but projects that involve all of us we have a group kick off and invite stakeholders holders (if any). I honestly would say that a dedicated PM would be very beneficial as sometimes random tasks and projects can be created without the proper process. Outside the team: We had to move the culture of emailed tasks and communication from outside the group to having others fill out intake forms for new projects so we can keep the communication in Wrike.

@tgsketch I had a similar sized team and wrike was so much overkill for us.

@collabing Ah, so is it mostly management of campaigns, not necessarily a design request intake and tracking? I'm in healthcare real estate and our department gets a lot of requests for new events for tenants in our portfolio. Then, there's my role where I'm not only designing interfaces, I'm also developing and updating the websites. What did you end up using?
