Please share your opinion and why you feel this way. Also would love to hear any personal experiences. Iām considering it as a marketing channel for 2024.

I guess it depends on the product and the end goal. It definitely brings brand awareness, and if you have a marketplace or a B2C facing product - it can do the trick.

influencer marketing can be super worth it if you pick the right people. look for alignment, not just audience size. nano and micro-influencers often have tighter community trust.
personal take: worked with a few for a project, the ones who genuinely dug the product were gold. engagement over numbers, always.
who's got stories? good, bad, ugly - spill the tea.
for B2C, i am getting more convinced that this is the way to go. We track some AI startup growth rate over Discord and we match their growth with their twitter/annoucement feed, most of the suddenn jumps of growth initially is due to micro-creators shout out. Of course product has to be great. Later, you can ask your users for a lot of UCG to continue to grow
@louisa_lu1 this is precisely what I was hoping to hear. I really wanna try this tactic but wanted to get irl feedback
In today's world, I guess yes.
Yes, influencer marketing can drive sales and boost brand awareness.
But it's important to choose the right influencers and create authentic content.
Don't expect overnight results - influencer marketing is a long-term strategy.
Of course
Yes, if done right.
