@diana_akchura Bringing customers for f2f meetings for feedback sometimes hard, do you give incentive or what approach you have tried?

Besides using an NPS tool and simply sending an email (which are great techniques btw), I'd try to connect with my customers on LinkedIn and ask for feedback there.

@steve_lourdessamy Does asking from your customers on Linkedin , does that work out ?
Steve Lou
@yash_gandhi4 Surprisingly good actually! Use it in a cadence - one linkedin message asking for feedback, then an email... or the other way around! In any scenario, you don't lose anything connecting with your target persona :)

We are currently using our own feedback platform Productlogz to collect feature request & satisfaction surveys. For reviews we use Famewall.
