Besides using an NPS tool and simply sending an email (which are great techniques btw), I'd try to connect with my customers on LinkedIn and ask for feedback there.
@yash_gandhi4 Surprisingly good actually! Use it in a cadence - one linkedin message asking for feedback, then an email... or the other way around! In any scenario, you don't lose anything connecting with your target persona :)
