@mr_coders Haha, I totally get that! it like the excitement to dive into the next project kicks in once Sunday afternoon hits. it is a bit of a hustle but that Monday morning grind feels so much more rewarding when you are already in work mode .😅

Taking 10-15 minutes to plan out my day really helps me ease into work mode after the weekend. I start with simple tasks to build momentum and pair it with a good cup of coffee—it’s like a little ritual to reset my brain.

understanding that there is no end to your tasks and you just need to prioritize. Also having less meetings reduces stress

@olya_zabalkanska Absolutely agree! Prioritizing tasks can be game changer and fewer meetings definitely help keep stress levels in check.

@hassan_khalid4 Mindful approach! Taking a moment to breathe and reflect sounds like a great way to transition.
It is very tough to work after a long weekend but we have to do :(

I start planing for Monday on Sunday night. That's how my work mode starts to plug and I feel ready to jump in on Monday.
Always plan out my days/weeks ahead of time otherwise I can get lost in the overwhelming amount of daily interruptions. Time blocking is key.
