Exercise and seeing friends really help me reduce stress. I go boxing a few times a week and it's one of the best ways to relieve stress and clear my head.

Staying calm and asking help if things are getting out of hand. Rewarding myself after the goal has been accomplished like relaxing during weekends or going to a nice restaurant/cafe.
By taking frequent breaks.
