Would u rather work for a big company or small company? What are the pros and cons of each situation

I only have experience in small companies throughout my career both in food and tech. I love working in a tight-knit group and having the freedom to learn and participate in most aspects of the company.

I've worked at both big and small companies and I think I prefer working for a smaller company. You're usually closer to your colleagues in a smaller company, which is something I really like. Another pro is that smaller companies are usually a lot more flexible in a lot of ways compared to big companies. What bothered me at big companies was the fact that everything had to be reviewed by at least 3 or 4 different managers before being able to implement something, which took a lot of time compared to the quick ways smaller companies work.
