I like to do a quick 10-minute meditation after lunch to clear my mind and refocus. There are some great guided meditation apps out there that make it easy. Headspace is my go-to!

I usually do a 10-minute guided meditation after lunch using the Headspace app. It helps clear my mind, reduces stress, and gives me an energy boost to power through the afternoon. Highly recommend giving it a try!
