Hello there! We’ve just entered a new Thursday and we are closer to the weekend, yes sir! Every day comes up with his particular situations and problems, so each one is unique in its very particular way. This same philosophy applies almost to anything, so I decided to turn these sparks of conscious experiences into confessions, which I’ll be sharing with you here, hoping you find them interesting and valuable for your own paths. This first one was told to me by the graphic designer and marketer of my team, Karen Sanchez. We’ve been working along for 5 months now and it’s been great sharing time with her. With that being the intro, I’ll let you read her own words of realization. " Back then when I worked in a small auto parts manufacturer company, I faced a very tough challenge. I had to go from 0-100 (literally) since I worked without knowing who was I trying to sell and reach out to. Personally, cars are not my main thing and it just made it worse. I knew little about the industry and its behavior. But in the middle of that dark scenario, I had to find the light for myself, which went into me as a conference I joyfully attended and, finally, met face to face some real clients. Had the chance to know more about their goals, interests, and pains. Just then I noticed where I should head to. It’s always good to spend some time together with some of your clients, maybe share some beers and snacks so the whole thing gets more pleasant and less formal. People are just more honest that way." Have you ever gone through something like this or felt the same way? What was your realization? Let me read your comments!
