3 things that the greatest founders have in common (my observation)

1. Money. 2. ... πŸ˜€ Well, now seriously. Yesterday I was thinking about what the most influential minds in the world share. What signs or qualities are specific to them? πŸ“‹ And I make up this short list: 1️⃣ They went beyond known limits βœ… In other words, they risked a lot and tried to achieve something that wasn't imaginable for other people. 2️⃣ They delegated work to others βœ… They had insight into many things but surrounded themselves with the most knowledgeable specialists or had a "partner in crime". 3️⃣ They created a cult of personality βœ… I am not sure whether one can be born with this kind of greatness or can be gained over time, but it is a kind of charisma that others follow blindly. Of course, I think there is much more, but these are common for the most successful ones. What else did you observe?

Interesting points! I’d add a 4th: resilience. The greatest founders often went through countless failures, but their capacity to bounce back and learn from those failures is unmatched.

Might sound boring but the founders I personally admire all have one thing in common - resilience. I mean everything you said is accurate but in your business you will be faced with significant ups and downs, and unless you have resilience you will falter. The art of never giving up and adapting is what makes them great.

I completely agree. I'd like to add my thoughts: they are willing to rationally experiment and gradually increase their investment.

Great list. I also think they build something that they absolutely love and their passionate about it. It's their baby.

Another point to add is their ability to face failures without losing confidence. A failed project never stops them from creating something great.

Definitely a mix of passion, grit, and constantly adapting/learning. The best founders I've met are obsessed with their mission, never give up despite setbacks, and are always seeking to improve themselves and their company. Thanks for the great content suggestions - will def check those out to level up my founder game! πŸš€πŸ’ͺ

Definitely gotta have that crazy drive and work ethic like Musk and Bezos. But don't forget about the vision thing - seeing opportunities others don't and relentlessly pursuing them. Last but not least, being able to inspire ppl and build all-star teams is huge. Those are the biggies IMO πŸš€

Can't agree more. They started up their career in a new or rarely known realm, regardless of negative comments from their friends and family. And then there's a way out. They created a new demand for the whole industry; attracted, and gained countless target customers by their innovation and brand new ideas. That's how they stand out.
