Aside from the other 5 mention in the newsletter, I would add one that worked well for The Product courier : 11) Highly targeted allbound - very specific niche audience (Product leaders) - leverage social signals (likes, comments, events) - send short messages to agitate the topic, offering value (ex: lead magnet)

Easy to use, fast demo creation with AI; very smooth editing features and lots of regular updates and improvements. In-app tours are great for reducing friction and simplifying user onboarding. To nuance, to me instant messaging is better as a first touch point because it saves time. no "meetings/calls that could have been an email" , no fluff. But working remotely, for business and to sign deals, i do prefer video calls
