I need your opinions please
I'm creating a free newsletter based on Health & Fitness advice for professionals. I'm aiming to analyse current studies and give advice on small things you can incorporate to improve mental health, physical health and productivity. I would love to have some feedback on what you think should be included in it?

Well at the start of the month you can be featured in the monthly list for longer but you will also have more competition, while at the end of the month you are unlikely to get featured for the month but have a better chance in the week/day which still generates lots of interest
Would you suggest launching on Product Hunt at the end of the month or the first week of the month?

Social media does have its values but if you find a creator you trust, a newsletter is better because you do not rely on an algorithm to stay up to date with content.

I think it has some great positives because it is so social and helps everyday people develop cool physical skills. However, the sport and training methodology have become too intertwined and lots of the training is not as effective for health anymore

99% of the fitness industry do not know how to use studies correctly. Half disregard studies for anecdotal evidence while the other half instantly believe a study and do very little analysis of their methods and data.
