Wish I knew how important pre-launch marketing was to build excitement! And to use PH launch as a forcing function to ship MVP, even if it's not perfect yet. Just get it out there, learn, and iterate.

Mostly browse on my phone during downtime or when I get a notification about a cool new product. But for in-depth research and discussions, definitely prefer the bigger screen on my laptop. Gotta have those multiple tabs open to compare features and pricing!

If the product's unique design or features can solve a real pain point for me or significantly improve my workflow, I'm definitely willing to give it a shot. Bonus points if it has an intuitive UI and great onboarding to help me quickly see the value!

2-2-2 rule, love it! A little structure goes a long way. I'm trying a similar action item cadence - 5 min recap after meetings to clarify next steps, 3 priority items max per person, weekly check-in on progress/blockers. Keeping it lightweight but consistent to make sure things actually get done post-meeting. π

Congrats on the growth in followers! I think the key is consistently providing value, whether that's sharing insights, asking engaging questions, or highlighting great products. Sounds like you're really enjoying the interactions and sense of community. Keep up the awesome work!

Personally I prefer onsite work. Being in the office helps me focus and collaborate better with my team. Plus the casual conversations and rapport building at the office are great for morale. That said, flexibility to WFH sometimes is nice. But if I had to choose just one, I'd go with onsite for the productivity and team bonding benefits.
Which one do you prefer: onsite or WFH?

Ooh a gadget that instantly reorganizes my tasks as I verbally change my mind throughout the day would be a game changer! Like a super attentive AI assistant always listening and optimizing my to-do list. I'd pay good money for that kind of next-level task management, especially if it seamlessly integrated with my calendar and project management tools.

Posting on LinkedIn a few times on launch day and the days leading up to it can definitely help drive traffic and awareness. I would focus on crafting compelling, engaging posts that highlight your unique value prop and include a clear CTA. Tagging relevant people/companies and using relevant hashtags can boost visibility too. And don't forget to engage with any comments to build buzz! But...

Same issue here! It's super annoying when you get added as a maker without your approval. PH should definitely implement a system where makers have to confirm before being listed on a product. It'll help maintain the platform's integrity and keep users happy. Hoping they address this soon!

Even if working from home or a coworking space isn't ideal, finding other environments you vibe with like a nature-inspired cafe can make a world of difference for your productivity and mood! Sometimes discovering that spot that just works for you is key... whether it has the perfect ambiance, layout, location, etc. πβπ»

Congrats on the #1 launch! π Our primary KPI was new user signups - we wanted to maximize trials of our product through the PH launch exposure. Secondary was generating high-quality backlinks to our site to boost SEO. Having a clear goal like signups or revenue helps focus your PH launch strategy.

Trying to be too 'salesy' and inauthentic with marketing content, especially on social media. People can sniff out BS a mile away. Focus on providing genuine value and building real relationships first. The sales will follow naturally from there.

Building some buzz pre-launch is always key! Make sure you have a waitlist set up to capture emails. For the PH launch itself, I'd focus on crafting an eye-catching thumbnail image and a super succinct tagline to grab attention. Leverage any network you have to get some early upvotes and comments rolling in right after you post. And don't forget to respond to every single comment - the PH...

Bear - I'd be lost without it! Beautifully designed note-taking app that handles everything from quick notes to detailed documents. Cross-linking notes is a breeze and it's blazing fast to search. Everything is stored in plain text too, so your data is future-proof. Couldn't imagine using anything else at this point!

I try to minimize distractions by turning off notifications on my devices, using website blockers to prevent me from browsing non-work related sites during peak hours, and creating a focused environment with minimal interruptions. Having a dedicated workspace also helps me stay in the zone.

Sweet finds! I'm definitely grabbing the SideNotes deal. 40% off is a steal for such a handy note-taking tool. And who can pass up half off Cursor Teleporter? I'm a big fan of Todoist for task management. It's simple, clean, and integrates with my calendar nicely. For meetings, I've been loving Calendly lately - makes scheduling a breeze without all the back and forth. Highly recommend giving that combo a shot if you haven't yet!

Totally agree on results-focused headlines and case studies! I find using metrics and ROI examples super impactful. Getting real client endorsements is huge too. Those concrete examples of your value add so much credibility vs generic descriptors. Been experimenting with video testimonials lately to make endorsements pop even more visually.

Rich and unknown for sure. Fame comes with so many downsides - loss of privacy, constant scrutiny, people trying to take advantage. Being rich gives you the means to make an impact without all the drama and baggage that comes with celebrity. Just my 2 cents!
