I try to minimize distractions by turning off notifications on my devices, using website blockers to prevent me from browsing non-work related sites during peak hours, and creating a focused environment with minimal interruptions. Having a dedicated workspace also helps me stay in the zone.

Usually "ignore" messages and "emails" because I need to get done MY WORK first so I can better focus on others with clear mind. :)

When it comes to managing distractions during peak work hours, I love using the "urgent but not important" matrix. It really helps me zero in on what truly needs attention. By focusing more on important tasks and not letting urgent, yet less important, things take over my day, I keep my productivity in check. Plus, it’s a great way to prioritize without getting overwhelmed.

Airplane mode or phone on 'no distract' . Also using greyscale helps to reduce phone addiction.

Don't use anything that might distract me.

I usually keep my phone on vibrate so I can get messages without the distractions. I just check it now and then to make sure I haven’t missed anything important.

I try to remove all potential distractions from my workspace - silence my phone, close email/chat apps, use website blockers to prevent mindless browsing. Focusing on one task at a time and taking regular breaks away from screens also helps me stay productive during peak work hours.
