P.S. The default salary range, when creating a job opening, seems wrong. I don't know if it happens all the time. But for the one I created, it started with a higher number than the one it ended...

I don't think the setup is scary, but it's complicated definitely. I've talked with other founders which have used other solutions like June but they didn't fulfilled their requirements.

Have any of you faced issues with phone verification on one of your products?
Specifically, concerning text messages that aren’t delivered or similar? I’ve lots of users complaining about not receiving their verification SMS and I’ve tried multiple providers (Twilio, Amazon SNS, etc.). I would love to know if someone has solved it or at least if you are also facing this issue.

I don't think you can figure out PMF before investing in an idea. You can validate that there's a problem and you can potentially validate your solution without investing too much into it, but it's until you put your product in the hands of users that you can start figuring out, analyzing and making whatever it takes to reach PMF.

Non-anonymous and I prefer it to be delivered on 1on1 sessions. A key factor is making clear (with words AND actions) that employees have a safe space to share their feedback.
In your opinion, should employee feedback be anonymous, non-anonymous or confidential?
