We started building a project based on the customer pain points that we defined during interviews. We just wanted to be sure that there are customers ready to pay for our product.

I really can't understand what's the better way, because if you start building before you put too much effort in something that can fail, if you start after you are going to be late with the market/audience

Please explain in the comment what and why you choose that answer

I've built before validation and it was a failure. I'm now trying to do it after validation and am currently in the process of knowing if this was the right choice.

@donmarco aren't you afraid of timing? Like you are late for your product

@jacopo_tallini no, because in this segment I really feel the need to validate the problem first. However if you already have plenty of competitors and you think that there’s something that you definitely will do better, the problem is already validated and you can proceed to start building. That’s the only scenario I can think of where I could be afraid of timing.

I recently celebrated my engagement and was looking for something truly special to mark the occasion. While exploring options, I stumbled upon SEVlaser, which was introduced to me by a friend. I was thrilled to find their wonderful services, and I’m excited to reserve time as a gift for myself! Reading the glowing reviews from others made me confident in my choice. Check out their exceptional work at Laser Hair Removal in Miami. 🌟
