For me, it's been moving each time I send an email. In this manner, even if the email is awful, at least my legs are getting longer. 😂

I start every day with a quick meditation. It gives me a few moments of quiet before diving into the day’s chaos, and it helps set the tone for staying focused and grounded. Even just 10 minutes can make a huge difference.

What works for me is focusing on quality time over quantity. I’m present when I’m with family, and I’m focused when I’m at work. One thing I had to stop is checking emails and Slack late at night. It made me feel like I was always working, and it didn’t actually make me more productive.

Time management as a founder is one of the hardest things to nail down, especially when your team is spread across the globe. Sometimes I feel like I spend more time coordinating than actually getting things done! Having the right tools for asynchronous communication has been a advanced for me though. Keeps everyone in the loop without needing a million Zoom calls.

I’m usually looking for tools that boost productivity in some way. Something that helps me organize the chaos or automate boring stuff so I can focus on the fun parts of work.

The most memorable presentation I ever saw was at a design conference. The speaker used no slides, no tech... just their voice and body language. For 30 minutes, they told a story so vividly that you could picture every detail. It felt like listening to a great podcast live. By the end, the entire room was dead silent, completely hooked on every word. It was the ultimate reminder that sometimes...

My approach to preventing burnout is quite straightforward... I approach self-care as if it were an unavoidable item on my to-do list. Having boundaries when it comes to work, scheduling breaks, and engaging in activities that rejuvenate me, even if it's just a Netflix binge or a walk, all contribute to my ability to stay motivated and prevent burnout.

Steve Jobs had a way of turning product presentations into a full-on experience. It wasn’t just about the tech...his ability to weave storytelling and suspense into his speeches made everything feel larger than life. I always admired how he used silence to let an idea sink in. It’s a lost art in public speaking.

Influencer marketing is where it's at right now, especially with niche creators who already have trust with their audience. Favikon’s Duolingo-style approach to helping content creators monitor growth and get more reach sounds like a perfect fit for this growing market. Plus, the AI-powered profile makes it even easier for creators to connect with brands.

Managing multiple priorities is always a challenge, but I’ve found a few strategies that work for me. I make a list of everything I need to do, then rank them by importance and urgency. I also break down larger tasks into smaller, manageable chunks, which makes them less overwhelming. And finally, I always plan the next day’s tasks the night before...nothing beats waking up with a clear plan in...

The one habit that has truly helped me succeed in business is the practice of prioritizing. I make it a point to start each day by identifying the most important tasks that will move the needle, and then I tackle those first. It’s easy to get caught up in the noise and busywork, but by focusing on what really matters, I’ve been able to make consistent progress toward my goals. This habit has...

I used to take feedback really personally, but over time, I’ve learned to view it as a chance to get better. Now, I try to listen carefully, ask questions if I need clarity, and then apply what makes sense. It’s definitely a process, but I think it’s made me more resilient and open to change.

Maintaining organization as the team grows is a challenge I am all too familiar with! Although project management software like Asana and communication platform Slack have proved invaluable, it appears that Amploo may combine both of these functions into one place. Definitely giving it a look.
