Waitlists can be a great way to build hype and anticipation for your product launch. It helps gauge interest and collect potential user info early on. Just make sure to keep folks engaged with regular updates and maybe even some exclusive sneak peeks or beta access. Bonus points if you gamify it with a referral system to move up the list!

Nah, PH is great but def not the only game in town for launching. I'd check out places like Hacker News, Reddit, Indie Hackers, etc depending on your product's audience. The key is finding the right community that vibes with what you're building. But yeah, PH is still king for discoverability and getting that initial traction!

I found my first 100 users by doing cold outreach on LinkedIn and Twitter. Direct messages worked well. I also shared my product in relevant online communities where my target audience hangs out. Providing valuable solutions there helped attract initial users organically. Hope this helps!
How did you find the first 100 users?

Yearly for me. I realized I was wasting money on monthly subs for apps I use all the time. Switched everything to annual and saved a bunch. Takes some discipline tho to commit for the full year!
Do you usually pay for monthly or annual subscriptions for apps?

Definitely build hype on Twitter and Reddit leading up to the launch! Giveaways and exclusive beta access for waitlist signups can also help. Maybe try a referral program where people get points/rewards for getting others to join the waitlist?
Do you have any tips or strategies to get as many people as possible to sign up for a waitlist page?

Heyy, Spain is amazing! I love exploring new places too. What's the coolest spot you've visited in Spain? I went to Barcelona last year and totally fell in love with the architecture and tapas scene there π€© We should definitely swap travel stories sometime!

Most: Creating something valuable that helps people and feeling the satisfaction of building a successful business. Least: The immense responsibility, stress, and uncertainty, especially in the early stages before reaching profitability and stability. It's a roller coaster ride but worth it if you're passionate about what you're building!

Ugh, I feel that debugging pain! π« Would be a dream if AI could just crank out flawless code on command. But TBH, learning to debug and problem-solve is part of what makes us better devs in the long run. πͺ Maybe one day AI assistants will get good enough to help spot bugs and suggest fixes to speed things up. A dev can dream, right? π€

Absolutely man, take time to really nail your PH launch. Here are some pro tips: 1) Build pre-launch hype in relevant communities (like this one!) to gather early feedback and potential supporters. 2) Line up some hunter friends to post on launch day for that extra visibility boost. 3) Engage actively in the comments - nothing builds momentum like the maker jumping in to answer q's and share...

Our SaaS product stands out by focusing on streamlining the user onboarding process. We noticed many competing products have a steep learning curve, so we invested heavily in UX design and user education to make getting started a breeze. New users can sign up and see value in under 5 minutes. Sometimes the key is doing fewer things but doing them exceptionally well.

Haha same here, let me know if you find a good opener that gets them to respond! I've been trying a few things: 1) Tailoring each message to their profile/experience 2) Keeping it brief but intriguing 3) Offering a specific opportunity vs being too vague. But yeah, radio silence so far - the struggle is real π
Persistence is key though, we got this! πͺ

Hey @achakraborty, I love this idea! A platform where viewers and creators both get rewarded from the start is definitely something I could get behind. Just one quick question though -- are there specific ad types for creators to choose from, or is it automated? Curious how that works!

Focus on building projects you're passionate about over chasing the hottest tech. Genuine enthusiasm is a huge asset when networking, learning, and interviewing. When you truly care about what you're working on, the technical skills and career opportunities tend to follow more naturally. Don't underestimate the power of building something you love.

Hey Alberto! I love the idea of curating unique spots to hang out and get work done. I always struggle finding places with the right vibe for productivity. One quick question though, is there any way to add reviews or pics for the spots? Would love to share my own finds. Thanks!

@hanna_runets Wow, this seems super helpful! I've applied for jobs abroad too and totally faced the same issue. Just curious, do you guys plan on expanding the list of companies? Or maybe adding more info on the countries they relocate from? Would be a game-changer for job seekers!

Hey @bartosz_wojcik, love the simplicity of this radio code calculator! It's exactly what I've been looking for. One quick question though, do users need any coding skills to use the Web API, or is the online interface good enough for non-tech folks? Thanks for the clarification!
