My first experience with StockX will be my last. I purchased a game through their site, assuming that it would be far safer than others. The opposite was true. Upon receiving the game, I was incredibly disappointed to see that their own verification sticker had come loose and damaged the box. (Besides placing a sticker on a cardboard surface, which is never a good idea, they pulled it so tightly that it ripped the surface.) I reported this and was told that I could not return the item and that they "issued a free shipping code for a future purchase." I won't be making any future purchase, and I highly recommend that others do not

It's a terrible company which preys on the gullibility of consumers who order online based on the pictures shown on the site but in reality, the company puts up fake pictures of pinterest pictures of shoes and when you order from them, they try to make a shitty replica of the same and send it to you. Then above that, they don't offer refunds or returns only exchange which costs you half the amount of the price you've already paid more. All in all It's a scam and someone should do something to shut this racket down.
