DO NOT USE. FRAUDULENT SITE.
They get you to freeze and take a deposit, small yes, but it’s still your money - no risk as they will pay you back if the room isn’t available or, they pay the difference on a more expensive room… seems like a no brainer, right? They even offer to give you this deposit back as an extra discount when you eventually book…
Then, how strange, the room is no longer available and they offer you a room that is no good?!? I booked or froze the price on a family room, lo and behold, this was not available (3 days later) and they offered a standard double! No use.
And they will not return the deposit as ‘it’s not eligible, please read the terms’. It was a totally legitimate refund request.
Further to this, the room I wanted was very much still available, and yes, on their site/app! The price had increased but that’s the point of the freeze. They simply will not honour their promises!
Conned and lied to. Do not use. Atrocious and very dodgy activity!
