I really am a big fan of wanted concepts! when unemployed and searching for a job is so hard, so when you finally got interviews or offers and then start discussing salary and benefits things generally turn south. I have been back to my previous approach: asking from the very beginning what is the plan and budget for the role. Surprisingly, in most cases, I realised the company hadn't really thought through the whole thing. I came to the conclusion that this is hy many company fails or struggle: they disregard recruitment process. You products and concept trigger a shift in the right direction and support it. A revolution similar to the one triggered by glassdoor. FANTASTIC!!!!
Can't wait for your tools to include a broader diversity of jobs (not just tech).
