I've been using Standard Resume on and off for over a year, and I've enjoyed the service overall. There are some quirks of the product that need to be learned before the experience becomes mostly seamless. Still, it accomplishes its goal of providing optimized resumes in a pinch that (if you already know how to pitch yourself) immediately set you above most applicants. Creating new resumes based on previous resumes is also incredibly easy now too. One Disclaimer I will add: This service alone will not ensure your resume gets read. Even worse, if you're not aesthetically minded or don't understand what does/doesn't need to be in a resume, it may even sabotage you. It's very easy to take Standard Resume's nice templates and turn them into garbage. I wish the company would provide more resume feedback and tips to ensure your resume is ready to send off. Then, the product would bring 10x the value! Will be continuing my subscription!

Had the pleasure of using Remote for 5 months now. What I want to really write about it is that CS guy they have on the platform -- i think his name was Oluwagbadura. I hope that's his full name. He was very helpful, courteous and very hands-on in helping me resolve some issues i encounted on the platform. I assume he is a Contractor himself. Makers, take note, he deserves a raise! Job well done.

Getting better and better. Really easy to keep track of and manage test cases. Test plans have been launched recently, which are a perfect fit for our workflow.

I started using Tacitbase in September 2024 for our startup company. It is a wonderful experience, I am very happy that they took my feedback seriously not once but twice and now after a more than a year of experience with the Tacitbase i would highly recommend Tacitbase for early stage startups if you are looking for a single place for your hiring. If I want to rate the features 1. Highest vote for AI resume screening feature, that is killer for me. 2. Then the time saving feature is multi-platform job posting in a single click and receiving candidates from all channels to my job post. 3. And then the Slack thing, I mean the integration for reviews and updates.
