I'm a senior executive in Egypt, and I've taken the time to really study how customers interact with companies here. What I've noticed is that WhatsApp is starting to morph into a formal communication tool, not just an informal one. People and sometimes even companies send contracts, documents, updates, and confidential screenshots on WhatsApp. A lot of "business communication" is now in the form of voice notes or quick messages.
