The early days of product discovery meant we needed to talk to at least 100+ marketers across the globe. Their AI Assistant was very helpful in breaking down the important paint points and suggestions, which would have taken much longer otherwise. Tired Otter ai, but was hooked onto Fireflies early on, so I didn't feel like moving.
I tried literally 8 different AI transcription services, and was subscribed to a few (Otter, tl;dv), but found this one to be soooo far ahead of the rest. It's more expensive, but worth it IMO with the time it saves you and the amazing recordkeeping and collaboration features it provides.
Serial spammer with bots following you into all your meetings.
No permission was granted and they expect you to sign up to create an account in order to disable this.
Not just stupid in this aspect, but the transcribing is way off with simple words and sentences being recorded completely wrongly.
Inferior product, hope they get blown up soon.
Almost all the 5 star reviews here are fake, don't get conned.
