Good question, and good choice! For me, my top five would be Spotify (for music & podcasts), Believe (for everyday affirmations), Rosebud (an AI diary/"therapist" I found here on PH), TickTick for my to-dos, and YouTube. ✨

It's great that you have specific apps catering to various aspects of your life. Here are five versatile apps that people often find useful for training, health care, planning, and social media: 1. *MyFitnessPal:* Great for tracking nutrition, exercise, and overall health. 2. *Headspace:* Excellent for meditation and mindfulness, promoting mental well-being. 3. *Todoist:* A versatile task management app for planning and organizing your daily routine. 4. *Google Calendar:* Essential for scheduling and keeping track of appointments, meetings, and events. 5. *Buffer:* Useful for social media management, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance. Remember, the best apps for you depend on your specific needs and preferences, so feel free to explore and find what works best for you.

I try to limit my use of my phone, but yeah...😁 I pretty much use Spotify all day long, so that's 1. 2nd place would be messengers/instagram to stay in touch with people. 3rd is Headway which became a part of my daily routine. 4th Youtube And just recently PH fought its way into my daily life, I catch myself scrolling through the app more and more often.
