Linkedin is still massively underrated by B2B founders. Thats crazy!

- catch people interested in problem in comments/reactions
- get street credibility and be more "legit" when i do outreach
Works awesome for me.

From my experience :
Linkedin for B2B Lead Generation
Twitter for indiehacker/Dev/solopreneur related projects
Facebook & instagram for hybrid/physical products
Reddit for technical or OpenSource products
Key is to identify where your target audience is first.
Because it's great to say "we'll promote the product everywhere" but unless you have the team for it, you'll lose focus and waste efforts.
Focus on the channels where you audience is most present.
And on social your best brand marketing is your own personal brand.
As for Social for customer support, question is the same ? why would you use social for support? Is your audience more active on social to talk about your product than they are on your site or chatbot ?
People connect with emotions, not just features. Use social media to tell your brand story and showcase how your product solves real problems.

Yo, WhatsApp's not going anywhere. Focus on building genuine connections, not just blasting promos. People see through that spammy stuff.
Twitter has been our most effective social channel by far. Consistently tweeting interesting, engaging content (tips, insights, behind-the-scenes looks, etc) has helped us build a loyal following. We use a casual, conversational tone and always respond to mentions/questions to develop strong customer relationships. IG has been good for visual content and community building. Facebook and LinkedIn haven't moved the needle as much for us in terms of product awareness/sales. Would love to hear what's working for others!
