There is no single set of metrics that’ll be a perfect fit for any startup. But speaking in general, which KPIs provides valuable insights that help your startup? and how do you track them?

To be honest I believe there's two metrics that relevant and most important to every startup. Retention and LTV.

First one shows if users reply need the product
Second one shows if users ready to pay you for your product
