    Google’s Dialogflow might be a good option if you’re looking for something simpler to implement. It’s user-friendly and integrates easily with many platforms

    @mukesh_kumar_das Thanks Mukesh! Our platform too provides integration with DF. Have you tried the new generative conversational features in Dialogflow and Vertex AI? I'm yet to explore them.
