Where do you work best: office, home? (🏡 vs 🏢)

Recently, I asked people when they feel most productive: morning, afternoon, or evening, and got some really interesting answers. Now I’m curious about something else: where do you work best? Home, office, a cafe, or somewhere else? For me, it’s not so much about the specific place, but two things really matter: 1. It needs to be quiet. That’s why, when I go to the office, I usually arrive super early, before anyone else is there. At home, it’s naturally quiet since I live alone. I’m also lucky that my coworkers don’t usually show up until lunchtime, which works perfectly for me 😄 2. I like to change things up. After a few weeks of working from home, I start to feel like I need a different vibe and head into the office. But after a while, I start missing the comfort of home and switch back. It’s not on a set schedule, more like cycles of 2-3 weeks. I know some people love working in cafe. That’s always been surprising to me because I’m someone who thrives in silence and calm, with as few distractions as possible. What about you? Where do you feel most productive? What makes a workspace work for you? And do you stick to one place or switch it up?

Working from home for a long time is tough, and the coworking spaces nearby just don’t work for me. Lately, I’ve been working from a cafe, and luckily, I found one that I really like. The interior is designed in a nature-inspired style, which is so easy on the eyes, and you’re not stuck staring at a gray wall like in an office.

From my personal experience, working from home is great for productivity and focus, but I’ve noticed that the creative process often kicks in when I change my surroundings. That’s why I find it helpful to work from different places occasionally - it brings fresh perspective and boosts creativity

Even if working from home or a coworking space isn't ideal, finding other environments you vibe with like a nature-inspired cafe can make a world of difference for your productivity and mood! Sometimes discovering that spot that just works for you is key... whether it has the perfect ambiance, layout, location, etc. 🍃☕💻

For me, I work best in the office. I find that having a dedicated workspace with fewer distractions helps me stay focused. Plus, I enjoy the vibe of being around colleagues—it keeps me motivated. Overall, the office environment works for me.

Home, at night. Late at night is the best, when the world is sleeping, I can do a ton of things.
