We use Monday, Slack and Zoom. Miro is great for visualization as well!
Our team uses Notion to document down plans and tasks for each department. On top of having really nice and detailed documentation, we also hold regular weekly sync up across departments which I found really helpful to understand what each department is doing. This might not work if the company is huge, but for a smaller team, it's pretty helpful.
Launching soon!
Google workspace
For team collaboration across different departments, popular tools include Slack for communication, Trello or Asana for project management, Google Workspace for document sharing, and Microsoft Teams for video meetings and file collaboration.
I recently switched to ClickUp, and it's been a good thing.
For collaboration across time zones, I rely on Loom for asynchronous video updates and Asana for task management.
Notion's been awesome for our team. It keeps everything organized and makes collaboration so much easier.
Google work space, what are you using.
Figma paired with Jira has worked wonders for me. It makes the handoff between design and dev super seamless.
I'd recommend Slack with custom integrations. It keeps things quick and smooth between teams.
Google Workspace has everything I need for team collaboration, Docs, Sheets. and Drive keep my workflows interconnected and efficient.
Figma is a collaborative design and brainstorming tool that my company recently embraced. It has been great for creative endeavors when combined with Slack.
For me, Trello keeps things simple, and I love using Zoom whiteboards for brainstorming sessions.
Miro is my go to for cross team brainstorming. It’s easy to use and keeps everyone on the same page.
